At BebiduHair, your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, our Refund & Returns Policy explains your options and how to process a return or refund.


1. Returns Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

  • The request is made within 30 days of receiving the product.

  • You have a valid proof of purchase.

Please note: Some items, such as hair products or personal care items, may be non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

3. Refunds

4. Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the replacement item.

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges.


5. Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
